    After a Braggit is created, you can take action whenever you choose. Navigate to the Braggits page on your dashboard to post the Braggit to your social networks, edit or delete the Braggit, and see how your Braggit is performing through social and web analytics.

    Once I've created my account, how do I get started?

    Getting started with BizBrag is very simple. Take two minutes and check out this video we've made to help you get started.

    What are Braggits? How do I create them?

    A Braggit is a web page. Together with your BizBrag profile, your Braggits make up a kind of mini website that helps potential customers find your business on the web. To create a Braggit, simply click the Create A Braggit button on the top of your dashboard, once logged in. After you have created and published a Braggit, you can post it to all of your social media accounts with a custom message to let your friends and followers know about it. You can also send your Braggits to other small businesses that you have connected with (called your BragForce) and they will in turn share them with their social media accounts!

    Why is it important to keep my profile updated?

    Your BizBrag profile is important for the search engine optimization of your Braggits. Search engine crawlers go to your profile to find your Braggits, but if the profile is empty they are more likely to ignore your Braggits! Your profile is also important because it is where your customers will go if they want to contact you, see more of your Braggits, or find your business on a map. Take your time and tell your potential customers about your business and products or services.

    Above all, always use original content in your BizBrag profile AND in all of your Braggits. Content copy and pasted from other parts of the web will be removed.

    What is my BragForce? How do I use it?

    Your BragForce is a sort of small business alliance. It is made up of businesses that you have connected to with the intention of sharing each other's content. The ideal BragForce members are local or in a related field, but not competitive. For example: a real estate agent would connect with home inspectors, insurance agents, home lenders, carpenters, etc. For a video description of what the BragForce is and how it helps to promote your business see our video here.

    To start building your BragForce you have to visit the BizBrag profile of another BizBrag user and click the "Join My BragForce" button in the top left corner. You can find other companies on BizBrag by industry or location at the BragNation page here. Or you can use our search tool to find specific users.

    Once you have BragForce members you can start sending your Braggits to them to post to their social networks from your Braggit's publish page. Remember, your BragForce members can send you Braggits as well, and they can see how many you have shared. If you want them to share your Braggits make sure you share theirs!
