Our mission and goal is to provide you with superior service. Joyce Corsi Hazen offers her Real Estate service in three languages, including English, French and Italian. She is Canadian born and now a U.S Citizen and has a terrific understanding of customer needs in the valley of the sun. She enjoys welcoming new residents to the valley including Canadians who want to escape cold winters and have a desire to migrate to the Desert, just as she did in 2000. She enjoys meeting people, has an outgoing personality, and always sets herself goals and aims to achieve them on an annual basis.

UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION:

CHARIOT HOME STAGING offers a variety of services and options. Select one of our services and allow a Professional Coach to help position you for a quick sale!

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND WALK THROUGH
This service is a terrific value-add, either at the time you list your home, or if your home has been on the market for some time. We visit with you and have an initial consultation and walk through your home to evaluate what might not be working or appealing to Home Buyers. We will then discuss options and recommend one of our services. (Fee is applied toward either the ½ day or Full Day Staging Service.)

½ DAY STAGING OR REDESIGN (for new or existing listings)
This service is for a home under 2500 square feet. We come and make some dramatic transformations, working hands on with you, for ½ day, preparing your home to impress future Home Buyers. We will take both before and after photos for your marketing efforts.

FULL DAY STAGING OR REDESIGN (for new or existing listings)
The full day is for a larger home and/or one that might require a more detailed Staging or Redesign effort. Once again, the goal is to achieve a successful “First Impression” for any Home Buyer that comes through your door. We strive to both to ”Impress” and create an “Emotional Connection” for a Buyer, within seconds of entering your home. We will take both before and after photos for your marketing efforts

VACANT HOME STAGING
La Crème de la Crème Service! We already know that vacant homes do not show well; we also know that only 10% of Home Buyers have the ability to create their own vision of an empty room. This leaves 90% of Home Buyers at a disadvantage, so allow us to address this problem with Home Staging. We will come and handle everything from start to finish, by furnishing the house which will ultimately bring in more potential Buyers, and add thousands of dollars to the home's value and your pocket !

THE "DO-IT-YOURSELF" PLAN
This service is for the homeowner who only requires a small amount of attention.
