SUMMARY:

Client Company is a growing multi-national company operating in a unique market.  We manufacture and distribute mobile solutions for organizations across the globe specializing in retail corporations.  Our sales have increased on an average of 15% per annum over the past 10 years with higher expectations in the future.  Our company is growing the Latin America presence and looking for an action oriented person to be part of the adventure.
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for the sales territory covering Mexico, Central America, and South America. The role holder is responsible for generating new business sales in their allocated market space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Growing sales across the all markets
• Formulating and executing strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for products and/or services while maintaining gross profit margins
• Lead marketing campaign on existing and new product categories in Latin Market
• Expanding Client Company sales into markets not currently served
• Cultivating productive, long-term relationships with key customers
• Identifying customer needs and providing reasonable solutions
• Analyzing market for trends and the activities of potential customers, competitors, and product preferences
• Recommending product improvements and identifying new product opportunities
• Maintaining a professional image when working with customers
• Ensuring the best possible level of service to Client Company dealer partners and customers
• Assisting with company trade shows and industry events
• Must be willing to travel to visit customers, dealers and trade shows
• Understanding of factors influencing international business
• Understanding of financial/capital markets desirable
• Commercial awareness
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Lead sourcing: researching and building lists of potential clients in Latin America
• Booking appointments with the intention of conducting prospective client meetings & presenting
• Writing sales proposals for commercial evaluation
• Delivering revenue objectives for their given territory
• Directs marketing and sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives
• Works effectively and efficiently to attain or exceed assigned quotas
• Directs the development of short and long range plans to achieve objectives and recommends goals to higher management
• Develops and reviews quarterly plans to meet or exceed revenue and achieve corporate objectives
• Advises management on status or action required in connection with existing and potential sales
              opportunities and marketing/sales programs and recommends actions/solutions
• Responds to RFQs/RFPs. Identifies and leverages resources to achieve wins in multiple markets
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Assist sales with all aspects of the selling cycle as needed
• Directs customer engagements and identify needs and future business opportunities
• Develops Latin America GTM plan and strategy
• Performs and reports forecasting of sales and opportunities
• Works cooperatively in a team effort with various internal and external resources to gain support for Latin America's specific needs and requirements


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess strong sales and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of success
• Position requires individual to be highly motivated and possess a strong customer focus
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish encompassing  strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and customers in both verbal and written form
• Must be able to identify priority assignments and arrange activities to meet deadlines on a regular basis
• Ability to solve customer problems and complaints without supervision while adhering to Client Company policy and best business practices
• Ability to calculate various numerical sums including price, discount calculations and invoice totals as requested by customers or P&H Caster’s staff
• Ability to identify and evaluate issues in a logical manner to develop and execute workable solutions
• Detail oriented individual
• High school education and college experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven history of strong business relationships, client relationships and contacts network
• Expert negotiating skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Flexible, reliable, strong work ethic, dependable team player, positive, constructive attitude
• Proven and accurate forecasting skills
• Outstanding business etiquette skills
• Knowledge of products and technologies including current and potential applications

POSITION ENTTLEMENTS:
• 35K Base salary with commissions paid on received sales on a monthly basis, no cap
• Sales bonus structure paid at annual performance review
• All expenses and travel fees paid
