Dialer Analyst

We are seeking results-oriented, passionate, and engaging candidates for Early Stage Collections Representative opportunities at Volkswagen Credit, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR.  A successful applicant will possess superior customer service skills, have an eagerness to learn, be team oriented, an have a strong commitment to excellence in the Call Center or Financial Services industries. 

3 full-time positions available immediately!!
 

Primary job duties include:
• Working with dialer to handle customer calls for Stage 1 collections (≤ 30 days) on loaned and leased vehicle payments
• Providing superior customer service by resolving issues to mutual satisfaction of customer and company
• Accurately update and verify all account maintenance information
• Utilizing Windows based OS and multiple systems/applications with proprietary company software
 

Full-time schedules—shifts may include hours between 6am-7pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $14.00-14.50/hour, depending upon qualifications

The desired experience listed below is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months experience in collections role in call center environment
• Experience using auto dialer in prior collections position
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic legal compliance issues pertaining to collections, bankruptcy and credit reporting
• Demonstrated ability to navigate through Windows OS, typing and data entry functions
• Professional communication, appearance and work ethic

Highly Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years collections experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Automotive finance experience
