Our client has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager. This is a contract to hire position and salary will commensurate based on experience. Key Responsibility 1: Safety â€¢ Work safely and follow all rules and procedures. â€¢ Attend and participate in all safety meetings and complete required BBAs. â€¢ Conduct Behavior Based Safety Audits and report any safety concerns observed â€¢ Ensure all employees in the department have completed the required safety training â€¢ Understand and adhere to the company safety culture/environment. Key Responsibility 2: Customer Relations â€¢ Responsible for maintaining relationships and client communication by conducting the following tasks: â€¢ Develop quotation and proposal â€¢ Respond to technical questions â€¢ Develop project plan for execution â€¢ Invoice and report presentation â€¢ Warranty resolution â€¢ First-line contact between a client and / or sales Account Manager for repair work. Key Responsibility 3: Project Management â€¢ Work with the Lead Hands and Account Managers to develop quotations for repair work with associated detailed costs â€¢ Responsible for ensuring all job files are C-SOX compliant and follow GAAP rules, which includes referring new clients for credit and export clearance. â€¢ Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance that Purchase Order matches Company Quote in Scope, Terms and Conditions, Commercial Terms and Value. Review purchase order contractual terms and conditions â€¢ Accountable for reporting Bookings or Change Orders are entered within 24 hours of receipt from Client â€¢ Responsible for: â€¢ Monitoring and facilitating schedule execution on time. â€¢ Monitor and expedite contracts. â€¢ Coordinate and facilitate to resolve problems and conflicts pertaining to schedules. â€¢ Sets client commitment dates for parts orders issued from inside sales. â€¢ Responsible for functions consisting of, but not limited to, engineering standards, production and supply of necessary drawings, inspection forms and other related information and data. â€¢ Participate in project review and shipment meetings with company management. Removes barriers to successful project execution as necessary and forecasting of work in progress. â€¢ Provide concise and descriptive feedback to the Shop Supervisor on client requirements â€¢ Implement Warranty and Corrective Action Implementation Key Responsibility 4: Budgetary Responsibility â€¢ Responsible for monitoring actual costs, while updating the customer on progress of the project â€¢ Actively involved in service center job administration from floor work, purchasing of parts and materials, job status and cost accounting. â€¢ Responsible for entering of purchase requisitions for parts, labour or external services needed, into electronic work order. Qualifications - Minimum and Preferred (Education, Certification, Degree, Concentration, Skills, Knowledge, etc.): â€¢ Four (4) year Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred or equivalent of 10 years or more of related industry experience is required â€¢ Client-driven attitude with focus on Safety, Quality, Meeting the clientsâ€™ requirements and Cost effectiveness â€¢ Strong client facing and interpersonal skills. â€¢ Familiarity and experience with turbo-machinery and rotating equipment repairs preferred. â€¢ Considerable time management capabilities â€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills â€¢ Experience in planning, estimating and procurements of engineering / materials preferred â€¢ Experience managing costs, budget experience, etc â€¢ Project Mgmt experience â€¢ Ability to manage multiple duties and responsibilities at one time I thank all applicants however only those in contention for an interview will be contacted.
