A Little Bit About Us

Tiedemann Globe is committed to deliver virtually any product for its customers, including vintage apparel (trendy, popular new and used clothing or garments 20 years or older), No. 1 (its highest quality, gently used clothing), export grade small bales (100 pounds), baled or boxed wiping rags, as well as surplus mixed rags. We also sell credential clothing (apparel that has been donated directly from individuals, household pick ups or drop off sites).

Every day, the business takes in about 120,000 pounds of used clothing and other items for grading and recycling to foreign resale shops. We have operations in Nairobi, Kenya to supply the East African market.

At Tiedemann's Family Thrift in Tempe, our store that was recently profiled in the Arizona Republic, you'll find great bargains on quality, gently used items, including: women's, men's and children's apparel, shoes, domestics, accessories, decorations, books, jewelry, household items, hand bags, hats, vintage dresses and T-shirts, ethnic and hippy skirts, and much more. Find name-brand and hard-to-find items like Western shirts, a great stock of vintage linens, aprons, doileys, and Chenille bedspreads. Customers come in daily for our sports jerseys, Tommy Bahama silk shirts, motor cross pants, Carhartt pants, Abercrombie, and Hollister.

The Clean Energy Foundation (CEF), which develops renewable, clean energy solutions to help satisfy human needs for potable water, health, energy, education, and food, offers products and services related to biogas, solar lighting and water purification implementation.
