Birches Group LLC was founded in 2005 by four former UN staff who spent over twenty years developing and fine-tuning their expertise in developing market compensation survey techniques.  The firm has its headquarters in New York, with a Data Centre in Manila, Philippines, and small offices in Umea, Sweden and Riga, Latvia.

With over 100 years of combined international human resources experience in large international organizations and multi-national corporations, the principals of Birches Group offer a wide range of HR consulting and data services to meet the needs of organizations operating in the developing world.

Birches Group conducts annual compensation and benefits surveys in 147 developing countries, including all of Africa.  We have deep expertise in developing countries, and use a survey methodology which is designed specifically for small markets.  We deliver the survey results through our web-enabled portal, Indigo™, which provides multi-user access to a powerful analytic tool for all of your compensation survey needs.  Our compensation consulting services include market analysis, scale design and custom surveys.

Single Job Profile Reports are also available, providing a comprehensive look at the market for a single position in any of our survey countries in less than 48 hours.
