Ideally suited for groups from 10-100 people, this lakeside paradise offers nicely equipped meeting rooms, 85 beautifully appointed guestrooms and townhouses, plus lake frontage on two lakes.

Unique teambuilding programs range from “thoughtful” to “extreme” and take advantage of the rugged terrain and wilderness areas nearby. The staff at Interlaken provide many of the programs “in-house”, and can tailor an enjoyable, productive program to fit nearly any time frame and budget. Additional incentive and team building programs include car racing sessions with Skip Barber Racing School, whitewater canoeing and rafting, or Outdoor Experiential Training programs that integrate multiple activities and / or ropes courses.

Need to pull your associates together to build camaraderie? Exciting on-site (modestly priced) programs are expertly delivered by the Interlaken staff, and include the wildly exciting Radical Race and Raft Building programs. Or choose from the challenging and competitive Culinary Challenge or Team Olympics. Each program delivers a field-leveling experience that builds confidence while breaking down communication barriers.

Interlaken provides all of the usual meeting amenities – a business center with fax, computer and printer, plus wireless high speed internet everywhere. Also - recreational activities that include 6 golf courses within minutes, tennis, swimming pool, two lakes, executive lounge and more. Enjoy a variety of personal services at Ellora Spa & Sanctuary, located on-property.

Creativity has no limit when it comes to food at The Interlaken. Their expert chefs have been praised in Gourmet Magazine, and offer up some enticing reasons to linger in the restaurant. Buffet and banquet menus include traditional items such as the New England Clambake, plus other unique offerings like the Mardi Gras Creole and the Southwest Barbecue menus.
